Fewer cancelled procedures.
Fuller schedules.
ArriveWell walks each patient through their exact prep by text, flags who's at risk so your front desk can step in early, and proves the revenue you protected every month.

Now onboarding our first GI practices.
We're partnering with a small group of GI groups to launch ArriveWell. Founding clinics get hands-on, founder-led setup and help shape the product.
Failed prep is the quiet reason schedules leak.
A patient who never picked up the kit, ate the wrong thing, or stopped the prep early arrives unready — and the procedure is cancelled or repeated. Paper handouts and a single reminder call don't move the needle.
Set up once at scheduling. It runs itself.
Your front desk enrolls the patient in under two minutes. Everything after that is automatic — and visible to your team.
Enroll at scheduling
Staff add the patient, their date, and their prescribed prep in about 90 seconds, with the patient's spoken consent.
Guided by text
A paced sequence of reminders — the exact prep their physician prescribed — plus a private checklist page. No app, no login.
Staff step in early
When a patient falls behind, they surface on the at-risk board — early enough to fix, not too late to matter.
Proof in the numbers
A monthly report shows exactly what the program protected, so you never have to guess whether it's working.
One quiet system, three jobs.
Timed text guidance
Automated SMS paced to each appointment — prep steps, diet changes, dose timing, and day-of logistics. Every message follows the prep your physician signs off on, and honors STOP.
Private patient page
A tokenized link with a step-by-step checklist, a countdown, and one-tap calendar reminders. No app, no login, no password.
At-risk staff board
A traffic-light board flags the handful of patients who need a call today — so staff make a few short calls instead of discovering failures in the procedure room.
See who's at risk — days early, not in the room.
Every reply, missed confirmation, and undelivered text moves a patient's light. Your team acts while there's still time to fix it.
The at-risk board — action needed first, then at-risk, then on track.
See the revenue you protected.
Every month, ArriveWell turns the program into numbers: the at-risk patients your staff caught and kept, your engagement, and your prep-failure cancellation trend. You stop guessing whether it's working — you see it.
- Protected revenue — at-risk patients your staff caught who still completed, in dollars.
- Engagement & confirmations — how many patients are reading and replying.
- Cancellation trend — prep-failure cancellations, month over month.
- A board-ready PDF — aggregate figures only, no patient names.

Built for the procedures you prep.
We build every prep sequence from your physicians' own protocol — so it fits your practice exactly.
Colonoscopy & endoscopy
The full bowel-prep sequence for SuTab, Suprep, Clenpiq, Plenvu, Suflave, NuLYTELY, MiraLAX, and upper-endoscopy fasting.
Surgical prep
Pre-op fasting, medication holds, skin prep, and arrival logistics, timed to the procedure.
Imaging prep
Contrast, fasting, and preparation instructions for the scans that need them.
Tailored to your practice
We configure every sequence to your protocol, and your physicians sign off on it — no two clinics are the same.
Built to protect patients, by design.
Patient trust is the product. Here is exactly how ArriveWell handles their information.
No PHI in messages
No diagnosis, results, or insurance details in any text. We log delivery status and message IDs — never message contents.
Consent-based enrollment
Patients opt in by giving verbal consent to clinic staff at scheduling, recorded before any message is sent.
Physician-owned content
Every message is the prep your physicians own and sign off on. Wording changes create a new, permanently traceable version.
Private, unguessable links
Each patient's page is a tokenized link — no account, no password — that can't be guessed or shared into.
STOP, instantly
Any patient can reply STOP to end all messages immediately. Texts are held to clinic hours (8am–8pm).
Minimum necessary
We collect only a name, mobile number, and appointment details — built around HIPAA's minimum-necessary principle.
Compliance: we sign a Business Associate Agreement with every clinic, and we handle patient information under the HIPAA Security Rule and its minimum-necessary principle.

Clear, consent-based, easy to stop.
ArriveWell sends appointment and procedure-preparation reminders on behalf of a patient's healthcare provider. Patients are enrolled by clinic staff, with the patient's spoken consent, at the time they schedule their procedure.
- What patients receive: reminders about their upcoming procedure and how to prepare — preparation steps, confirmation prompts, and day-of arrival details.
- Message frequency: varies by patient, but generally begins about two weeks before the appointment and ends on the day of the procedure.
- Cost: message and data rates may apply.
- Opt out any time: reply STOP to stop all reminders. Reply HELP for help.
- Your information: mobile numbers and messaging consent are never sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing. No diagnosis, results, or insurance details appear in any message.
