This policy explains how the arrivewell.health website handles information from business visitors — for example, when a clinic requests a demo. It is separate from our SMS Privacy Policy, which covers the text-message reminders patients receive. This website does not collect patient health information; patient data is handled inside the ArriveWell service, on behalf of the patient's healthcare provider.
Information we collect
When you submit the "Book a demo" form, we collect the details you provide: your name, work email, practice or clinic name, your role, the number of physicians, and your specialty. Our hosting provider also automatically records basic technical information such as IP address and server request logs for security and reliability. We do not ask for, and you should not submit, any patient information through this website.
How we use it
We use this information only to respond to your request, schedule and conduct a demo, and follow up with you about ArriveWell. We do not use it for any unrelated purpose.
How we share it
We use service providers to run this website and process form submissions — our hosting and form provider (Netlify) and our DNS/content-delivery provider (Cloudflare). They process the data only to provide those services. We do not sell or share your personal information, and we do not use sensitive personal information for any purpose beyond providing our service. We do not share your information with any third party for their own direct marketing.
Cookies and tracking
This website uses no cookies, analytics, advertising pixels, or third-party trackers. Because we collect no cross-site behavioral data, there is nothing to consent to and no cross-site tracking to disclose. If we ever add analytics in the future, we will update this policy first.
How we respond to "Do Not Track"
Because this site does not track visitors across third-party websites or over time, "Do Not Track" browser signals do not change what we collect — we already collect no such data.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to review, update, or delete the information you submitted at any time by emailing info@arrivewell.health. California residents (and residents of states with similar laws) may request to know, delete, or correct their personal information, opt out of any sale or sharing (we do none), limit the use of sensitive information (we use none in that way), and not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We will acknowledge and respond to verified requests within the time required by law (generally 45 days).
Data retention
We keep demo-request information only as long as needed to respond and follow up, and delete or anonymize stale records on a periodic basis or on request.
Changes to this policy
If we make material changes, we will update this page and revise the "Last updated" date above. We review this policy at least every 12 months.
