This website and the ArriveWell service do not provide medical advice. Nothing here is a substitute for professional medical care or your clinic's instructions. If you are a patient with a question about your own procedure or preparation, contact your healthcare provider directly. In an emergency, call 911.
Use of the site
You may use this website for lawful purposes only. Please do not attempt to disrupt the site, access it in an unauthorized way, submit false information, or use it to send anyone else's personal or health information. The "Book a demo" form is for clinic and practice inquiries, not for patients.

The content, design, logos, and software on this site are owned by ArriveWell or its licensors and are protected by law. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute them without permission.
